today we were assigned an assignment involving rationals. its due for the end of tomorrows class.

today we learned some rules for exponents. then he started d0ing questions off the homework assignments. he didnt really explain well enough how to get some of the numbers.

Today we had the test. the only thing i was 100% sure of is that i bombed the test.

Today we learned about relationships between parallel/perpandicular lines. before that we just worked on stuff from previous assignments.

today we just did questions on the board that people were having trouble with. i dont understand much.

today we learned two more forms of linear equations. slope y intercept (y=mx+b) and standard form (Ax+By+C=0)

Goals

My goals for the semester are as following:

1. Pass the class with a 60% average.

2. learn things that will prepare me for math next year.

3. Become better at studying.

Today we did notes on graphing lines (graphing linear equations). then we were assigned exercise six questions one to twenty. also, i learned Barrack Obama won the nobel peace prize, and we are gonna have a civil war.
